While some folks handled lockdown by polishing off their Netflix queues, taking cooking classes, or brushing up on their guitar skills, Tess Rafferty finished her novel.
She didn’t need to search hard for inspiration. She simply set her comedic murder mystery in her favorite place on Earth – Italy! And Under the Tuscan Gun was born.
Tess and her fellow writer husband Chris have visited Italy over a dozen times and know it well. Writing the novel proved to be the perfect mental escape to her favorite place during a tumultuous year.
