October 8, 2020 Rob Paravonian COVID-19 Life in the Big Apple
Listen Now

Quick – where would you say is the hardest place to live during a pandemic?

The answer for most is simple – a crowded city. And in America, the biggest, most densely populated city of them all is of course, New York.

While swarms of NYC residents fled the city for more rural pastures and social distance during the COVID-19 lockdowns, many stayed behind and rode out these unprecedented times in Gotham. Our old pal Rob Paravonian was one of them.

The comedian has been a Brooklyn resident for nearly 25 years, and no threat of global pandemic was going to scare him away from the city he loves.

Rob gave us the scoop on what New York in pandemic times looks like: the subway, the sidewalk restaurants, the empty office buildings, elevator etiquette, and his newfound appreciation for drinking in the park.

Like most New Yorkers, Rob is tough enough to handle anything thrown his way. Here’s hoping there’s light at the end of the (Lincoln) Tunnel.

Thanks, Rob!
