Danger Jill Robinson!
For those of you old enough to get that reference (an oft-repeated line from 1960’s TV show “Lost In Space), then you’ll know that adventure travel writer Jill Robinson didn’t take herself too seriously when she made the line her website address.
A sense of humor has come in handy for the Bay Area writer, who’s often found herself in some precarious places in search of a story.
Robinson’s freelance assignments have included tracking snow leopards in Ladakh, kayak expeditions in New Zealand’s Fiordland and Sweden’s Stockholm Archipelago, cycling through Argentina wine country, hiking Peru’s Amazon jungle, and following Chef Gordon Ramsay around the world.
If traveling to every corner of the globe wasn’t tough enough, for the past 27 years, Jills been a certified kayak guide on the California coast.
There aren’t too many challenges that Jill won’t take on. This interview should be a piece of cake!
