For David Moscow, the showbiz road has led him around the world, and he’s still in front of a camera.
David burst on the scene playing a young Tom Hanks in the smash hit Big, then went on to featured roles in Newsies, and countless films and TV shows.
A few years ago, David conceived an idea for a travel show based on food- not just him eating delicacies around the world, but digging deeper (sometimes literally) to learn where and how cultures source the food they eat, how it reflects their history, and where they are heading in unpredictable future.
“From Scratch” was born.
Three seasons later, David is prepping for his next round of shows, and even has a companion book of the same name available.
Whether he’s cracking oysters in Long Island, hunting for grubs with Masai Warriors, or diving for octopus in Sardinia, David and his “From Scratch” crew get to the beating heart of a culture’s food and ways of life.
