Can you be a great host and guest all at the same time?
Lucas Cardholm can!
Before graciously driving me to the Stockholm airport after letting me stay in his house for four days, Lucas was nice enough to sit down for a Travel Tales interview.
Lucas recounted his days of growing up in Sweden during the Cold War, and transitioning to a changed Europe after the Berlin Wall came down.
We also discussed the differences of the Swedish lifestyle vs. the US model: from free healthcare and university tuition, to the election process and immigration.
And if you thought we would get through the interview without mentioning ABBA, well, you’d be wrong.
Thanks again, Lucas, for your hospitality, and for sharing your lovely country and your Travel Tales!
