They say in showbiz all roads lead to Hollywood, but for some, the road takes more turns than for others.
For comedian Noman Hosni, his road to seeking fame and fortune in Los Angeles began outside Paris, where he was raised by his Tunisian father and Iraqi mother.
Later on, he made his way to Switzerland, where he lived and worked for 12 years as a video director before discovering his passion for standup comedy.
The pull to Hollywood was strong, however, and in 2019 Noman arrived in LA with lots of dreams but little in the way of English skills.
Noman is now a regular at LA standup clubs, and yes, his English has improved greatly.
He shares Tales of growing up in France, taking multiple trips to Iraq in the Saddam Hussein days, doing comedy in different countries and languages, and much more!
