True to her line of work, Pilar Alessandra is back for a sequel!
I first interviewed Pilar, an author and screenwriting teacher, way back in 2011 when we found ourselves in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam at the same time. She was there giving a writing seminar, something she has been doing full force since then.
Pilar has been paid to teach screenwriting on every continent but Antarctica, and if penguins ever want to learn how to write movies, you can bet she’ll be on her way.
In recent years, Pilar has traveled to Colombia, South Africa, China, London, Ireland and Italy. And if she’s learned one thing about people, it’s that no matter where they’re from, they all have stories they want to share on the big screen.
