Dropping out of the rat-race, purging nearly all your possessions to live in a small, teardrop trailer isn’t for everyone.
But for Valerie and Jessi, AKA Happy Camper Wives, it was the only way.
Last year, the newlyweds left the safe, familiar confines of their adopted hometown of San Francisco, bought a truck sight-unseen, then hit the road full-time.
Since then, the two, with dog in tow, have pulled their camper across the USA, up the East Coast, across Canada to Alaska, and back again.
Along the way, they started their own travel blog, HappyCamperWives.com, to chronicle their adventures and inspire others to follow their passions.
I was lucky enough to catch up with Valerie and Jessi in Seward, Alaska, while I was working on a cruise ship. We recorded the show, and they were nice enough to show me around town afterwards.
Check out their site, and follow along with their Travels. But first, hear their Tales here!
