“I have always depended on the kindness of strangers.”
Those immortal words were spoken by the character of Blanche DuBois in Tennessee Williams’ famous play A Streetcar Named Desire, but they could have been said by Leon Logothetis.
Leon is a global adventurer, motivational speaker & philanthropist. It wasn’t always that way. He used to be a broker in the city of London where he felt uninspired and chronically depressed. He gave it all up for a life on the road.
But Leon wanted to do more than see the world- he wanted to investigate the human character. Not only was he going to travel, but he was going to do it with little to no money, relying solely on his wits and the generosity of his fellow man.
Leon’s adventures have led to him to host two TV travel series, write three books, and inspire others to lead a life of courage and generosity.
Leon joined us to share his amazing Travel Tales and remind us all that the kindness wields incredible power, both for those who give it and receive it.
Thanks Leon!
